Please join me on your mat from the convenience of your own home in my online classes! You will find them very personalized and have an opportunity to be social before and after. Once you get started you will feel the benefits and become a part of an amazing group of fit people. You can turn your camera off if you want!
Props utilized in the classes : pilates/exercise mat, long foam roller, small 2lb weighted balls, fabric loop bands, yoga strap, yoga block and a medium sized squishy ball. Not all of these props are used in every class. To start you really just need a mat. On Tuesday morning you will need free weights from 3lbs up to potentially 25 lbs but never heavier and resistance loop bands.
